BIG UPDATE ON CLASS 12  On June 1, the CBSE board exams 2021 for Class 12 were cancelled after a high-level meeting chaired by PM Narendra Modi. Deputy CM and Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia had been batting for the board exams to be cancelled without mandatory vaccination of students. After CBSE cancelled the Class 12 board exams, many other states took the same path. Different states are now coming up with their own methods to evaluate the Class 12 board exam students. Manish Sisodia has written to Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal regarding the CBSE Class 12 board exam evaluation criteria. Important news ( class 12 criteria ) Sisodiaia suggested that 30 marks should be given on the basis of the pre-board exams, 20 marks on the basis of the Class 11 results, 20 marks on the basis of the Class 10 results, and the rest 30 marks on the basis of the internal assessment made by schools.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had cancelled both class 10, 12 board exams 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The board has already announced the marking scheme and promotion criteria for Class 10 students. However, the marking scheme for Class 12 students is yet to be decided. In an exclusive interview with a leading portal, CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathi said that the COVID-19 situation has affected the education system in India as well as other parts of the world. "We hope that the situation will be normal soon and the students will be able to get rid of the current online classes," said Tripathi. Replying to a query related to the date of announcement of CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 results, Tripathi said, "The criteria have not been decided yet. This will take two weeks. Once the criteria are decided, data will be collected from all the schools under the CBSE board, then the assessment data will be uploaded. This will take a long time. ...
